OvalPipe-1 is a Windows based engineering stress analysis program. It will calculate and plot the circumferential (hoop) stresses in a straight uniform thickness out-of-round pipe or tube subjected to internal pressure.
OvalPipe-1 comes with the paper "Oval Pipe a Non-Linear Problem" by Andrew C. Whyte. A copy of this paper is in the Technical section.
The program is ideal for students, academics, design engineers and stress analysts in the pressure vessel, boiler, mechanical, civil engineering and aircraft industries.
